Microsoft Word, Google Forms, draw.io, Microsoft Excel, teamgantt, and more applications come to mind. Initially, I outline and establish the project's objectives. I used draw.io to develop and sketch the WBS for a clear division of work to manage particular project time after I had a clear purpose for this project. After successfully creating a work breakdown structure with a clear division of labor, I utilized teamgantt to create a gantt chart to assist split the project timeline. I then used Google Forms to construct a survey, which I then utilized to survey students within the parameters I defined. Following the completion of the survey, I will utilize Microsoft Excel to summarize and choose the suitable responses for inclusion in the report. Lastly, I utilize Mircosoft Word to compose my research project report. The strength of the tools I utilized above is that the majority of them are free and simple to use, allowing me to execute the tasks I set up swiftly and efficiently. Furthermore, it is critical to establish and precisely outline the project goals. They have a significant impact on project implementation and research. Without proper planning, the project may produce unexpected results or fail entirely. As a result, developing and following the proper procedure will assist the project in achieving the highest level of quality. I obtained the desired findings from the survey in assignment 1 by developing a clear plan and purpose for the project. In this section, I will examine the data that I gathered from the survey in assignment 1 below. To begin, we can see from the graph of answers in task 1 that 72.7% of students think that using a computer is more convenient than using paper and 63.6% of students agree. The usage of computers will improve the environment. Up to 45.5% of students believe that utilizing computers would help to reduce the paper manufacturing process in industries, hence lowering the usage of wood to chop trees for production materials. The poll in assignment 1 also revealed that students believe that utilizing computers to take notes will help minimize the quantity of paper waste in the environment, therefore saving a significant amount of resources. We also perceive certain disadvantages while utilizing computers in class. Some kids use them to play games, view movies, read novels, and so on, in addition to taking notes. It is something that students must restrict during class time in order to obtain better learning outcomes. I surveyed the above data in a class at the University of Greenwich. As a result, I was able to do study on the environmental effect by utilizing a computer to take notes rather than a pen and paper. That allowed me to discover many useful aspects as well as the limitations of utilizing computers instead of paper to take notes for the environment and pupils.
