Planning, managing our daily basis, focusing on our dreams, and knowing what motivates us is money? Hobby? The message of our life? This the goal that we must put, the goal that makes us fire to work.We can get inspired by many things to do our dreams, like being better at public speaking; why? Because it will increase our confidence and our chances will be higher when searching for jobs. Also, increasing our management operation and leadership skills. Communication skills will boost our confidence, which is an example of how we can inspire ourselves by the benefits we will get by achieving our dreams. My biggest strengths are creativity and the person who gives the alternative solutions and the problems solving person in the room, and this will benefit me in solving the problems that I face when I learn anything. The second strength is fast learning, and I think that one of my strengths is being fast in grasping the knowledge from a course or any learning material I study, which will benefit me in being better at my studies and achieving more academic and practical skills in my life. My two weaknesses are time management and grading student's work. Time management is a massive part of my life and is crucial to be productive as a self-directed learner because I cannot manage my study plans and manage my daily to-do, which will not make me accomplish any courses or something I won't learn. Grading the student's work has a negative side, is that I didn't have a judicious eye like the instructor which leads to some weakness
