Dressed in business casual attire, or similar to what employees in that position would wear, including appropriate shoes. Attire is clean, neat and pressed. Hair color and style is clean and neat. Hygiene is clean, neat and fresh. Dressed way below what is expected for someone in that position. Too much make-up, cologne, jewelry, trendy nail color, etc. Inappropriate accessories (sunglasses, hat, etc.) Exposed tattoo, or inappropriate body jewelry. Clothing is not clean, neat, or pressed. Hair is not clean or neat, and inappropriate color, style or length. Does not appear clean, neat and fresh. II. First Impression Shows up early for the interview. Greets interviewer with a smile and shakes hands. Offers a copy of resume. Shows up on time for the interview. Greets interviewer and shakes hands. Offers a copy of resume Shows up late the interview. Does not greet or shake hands with interviewer. Does not offer a copy of resume.
