All of them were a product of planned pregnancy. Her mother had monthly pre-natal checkups at the nearest hospital in town until her full term. Since her mother had regular checkups, the mother was also regularly taken medicines prescribed by the OB Gynecologist doctor. The patient was born in full term via Normal Delivery at the hospital where her mother was visiting during pre-natal checkups. Early Childhood (birth through age 3) Patient was a quiet and shy kid. Her mother was the one who really take care of her needs like food and grooming. At six months old her mother introduced her to solid foods like mashed potato, mash pumpkin and some Cerelac. She started mumbling basic words like Mama and Papa at 9 months old. At age | she started to learn how to stand up and walk a little with the help of her older siblings and mother. Her physical development growing up were just right on track. Middle Childhood (age 3 to 11) Growing up, she learned how to socialize with her classmates. She developed friendships with some of them. She was not very active in school; she’s just an average elementary school girl. At age 6 she was would stab her classmate with a pencil because she was being taunted. At age 7, she would punch with another classmate because he was making fun of her. At age 8 she was back to normal, she wouldn’t pick up fights anymore. At age 10-11 she would then receive medals for being one of the best students. She was awarded best in English and best in Science. Later Childhood (ages 12-18) By age 13, during her second year in high school, she started rebelling. She didn’t go to school and would just go somewhere with her best friend. This is also the time where she was away from her parents and was staying at her grandmother’s house. During this time is where her parents decided to separate ways.
