I was having a lot of panic attacksthat's when I was really struggling with being in aerospace. The escitalopram helps a lot, though. My panic attacks don't happen nearly as much anymore, but I still worry a lot. More than I should, I think, especially recently. WHAT MAKES YOU WORRY RECENTLY? Question 06/18/20 10:56 PM CDT I'm good about taking all my doses. I just take my metformin with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And I take the water pill and the anxiety pill just with breakfast.
