Beneficiaries (Beneficiaries of your project/plan): The beneficiaries of this project are: stray cats and dogs abandoned by their owners, pet lovers, animal welfare groups, and people in the community who are afraid of getting rabies from stray animals. OBJECTIVES (Lists of goals) TASKS (What you need to do to achieve your goals?) RESOURCES (What or who can help your group complete the tasks?) TIMEFRAME (By when you need to complete the tasks?) SUCCESS CRITERIA (How will you identify your success?) 1. Obtain the permission of the barangay officials to carry out the project. Talk to the barangay authorities and explain to them the plan and purpose of the project and ask their permission to conduct it.  Formal paper of project proposal  An elder in our community  Our parents  Pet owners/lovers After planning and before carrying out the project When the barangay authorities allowed and supported us in our community service project. 2. Accumulate a sufficient amount of dog/cat food, pet crate or cages, vaccination, sterilization, medicines, treatment/surgery , other vet fees for stray cats and dogs. Raise money from people within the community who are willing to help, ask for any other donations that is available. Ask help from Local Veterinary Department.  Sufficient funds  Anyone within the community  Pet owners/lovers  Local veterinarians  Local veterinary clinics  Volunteers  Private clinics who are willing to donate  Animal welfare groups Before and during the project (within three months) This can be seen as successful if there is no shortage of supplies or needs of rescued stray cats and dogs within the period of the project. 3. Rescue stray animals, especially those who experienced maltreatment Together with the volunteers and animal welfare groups, look for stray  Volunteers  Anyone in the community  Pet owners/lovers Within three months This can be considered successful if stray animals were no longer
