I would begin with trainings and workshops to help employees with critical thinking and ways to make healthy adjustments to ensure culture does not negatively impact the selection assessment. Training programs can help shape teamwork and corporate culture. I would implement a reward program for teamwork behavior. Teams with high performance will be lead teams. Those employees who demonstrate success within the culture will be awarded opportunities of_ greater responsibility through promotions. Culture is important to the success of_ the company. Human Resource Managers have to work with leadership to define what is expected and what is considered proper behavior. Performance management programs, recruiting and selection, training and development, and pay and compensation all contribute to the company culture. These levers can be used to implement expectation, proper behavior, and motivation for employees. Employees will not only know job expectations need to be met but will know how to behave properly.
