Literally, Mr. Kalanick, the website owner, may have no questions to answer since, by clicking the registering tag, one accepts the terms and conditions used in the website or an application. In contrast, one negative implication is that this may encourage unethical actions since the users may change regulations on their favor. For instance, the findings may promote uber drivers to hike prices even when it is not necessary. One of the terms that are ethically appropriate for such agreements involves the click- wrap terms. If first, one asked for his or her consent before the website user applies specific terms on them based on the terms. In other words, it is ethical to allow the user to acknowledge the terms they agree with to avoid misunderstanding along the way. As a result, the term will notify the user on the terms, thereby giving them a chance to go through and decide whether they agree or not before using the website or the app. Also, with click-wrap terms, the court can enforce the terms if such conflicts emerge (Morrison, 2017). As such, in case of any dispute, there may be a possible justice for both parties since by clicking the agreement button, the user indicates that he or she agrees to abide by the provided terms and conditions.
