Conciliation proceeding held on 22nd March 2021 & 25th March 2021, in absence of our union’s representative in concern with RTGC Operators working for Futurz Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd, at GTI port in JNPT Port, at Nhava – Sheva. 2. Regarding New Maritime General Kamgar Sanghthana claim submission stating their majority amongst the RTGC Operators working for Futurz Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd, at GTI port in JNPT Port, at Nhava – Sheva Ref: Our Letter dated … March 2021 addressed to your kind authority and Our Letter dated 24th March 2021 addressed to ALC – II, Central at Mumbai. Sir, Citing above subject and as understood that other union (for RTGC Operators in GTI Port) New Maritime General Kamgar Sanghthana has served with a letter to your kind authority claiming their (NMGKS) majority, and citing various issues pertaining to RTGC Operators in GTI Port (JNPT), also known as APM Terminals Mumbai, at JNPT Port Nhava Sheva. This has reference to the conciliation proceedings carried out by Assistant Labour Commissioner – II, Central at Mumbai where he has directed Futurz Staffing Solutions management to held a meeting with union to see if possibility of any settlement. Meeting was called on 08th April 2021 by Futurz Staffing Solutions management both unions and their office bearers were present for the meeting. Charter of Demand was reassessed by all entities present for meeting, and management was not in position to finalise the rates as Principal Employer has still to finilise the same with Futurz Staffing Solutions management. Concern is raised and your attention is invited to most important fact that as a union Shivtej Kamgar Sanghthana confirm and holds absolute majority and any talks henceforth may be carried out with us as 106 workers have consented to be our members and the same is on record. (List of workers is enclosed herewith with this letter for your ready reference). Further to above we also request your kind authority to intervene in the matter as the issue is pertinent to all RTGC Operators and not only to the RTGC operators who are member of NMGKS Union. Therefore, we kindly request your kind authority 1. To intervene into the matter, 2. That Assistant Labour Commissioner – II, Central at Mumbai may not impart any decision EX- PARTE without considering / consent or views and say of our union, 3. Kindly request your kind authority to held conciliation proceedings before your kind authority to suffice the issue, 4. Your timely intervention is invited into the matter to conclude the talks on Charter of Demand, Workers and Union will be thankful to you for your act of kindness.
