Cloud computing is a type of computing service such as servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence over the Internet ("the cloud") in order to provide faster innovation, more flexible resources, and economies of scale. 2. Give at least 3 examples of Cloud Storage Software. Define each and provide its advantages and disadvantages. Google Drive - Google Drive is a free file storage and synchronization service that provides users with 15 GB of storage space. Users can save photos, stories, designs, drawings, recordings, and videos to Google Drive online storage. All files in Drive are accessible from any smartphone, tablet, or computer, and you can invite others to view, download, and collaborate on a group of files. Advantages: The most significant benefit of storing your data on Google Drive is that you can access it from anywhere. Google servers allow you to access your data at any time by logging in with your Gmail account. The ability to edit files in Google Drive is a unique feature that you will not find in other data storage solutions. You have immediate access to a variety of suite editing tools, such as Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides, among others. The search feature in Google Drive makes it simple to find a specific file by allowing you to filter the file type and use keywords to find the file. Disadvantages: The most serious disadvantage of using Google Drive is that hackers can steal your important data. Google Drive cannot be accessed unless you have an internet connection. It allows you to work offline, but any changes or comments you make are only visible when you connect to the internet. Google Drive will not allow you to upload files larger than 5 TB in a single day. When you reach the limit, you are automatically blocked and must wait until the following day to upload more. Several add-ons and apps integrate seamlessly with Google Drive. These are mostly first-party apps that are simple to integrate with this platform, but some third-party apps require payment to unlock their features. Dropbox - Dropbox is a file hosting service that provides cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud storage, and client software. Dropbox is a cloud- based storage service that allows users to create special folders on their computers, which are then synchronized, allowing users to access the same folder regardless of which computer is used to view it. Anything users add to Dropbox will appear on all of their computers, phones, and even the Dropbox website allowing them to access it from any location at any time. Advantages: Dropbox's main advantage is that it is completely free. There are no up-front or ongoing fees once you begin using the service. Dropbox is extremely useful. It is simple to use, and anyone can learn how to use it quickly. Dropbox is designed in such a way that you can always access the most recent version of any file. Dropbox allows you to share files. To accomplish this, simply
