The report is concerning with the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and to make out the factors which may result in the dissatisfaction of a customer in regards to the usage of the mobile handsets. In the study done by me I found the relationship of various factors and attributes related with the customer satisfaction level. Those various factors include standards, price, convenience (user friendly), packaging, logistics, demos, advertisements, publicity, brand image and after sales services, music player in the handset, battery life . To bring out the realistic reasoning behind the customer behavior is not an easy job as while interviewing session the customerā€™s mind state may be in a different direction, he may not be willing to give the answers and maybe he is filling in the questionnaire just for the sake of filling it and not realistically. In this project utmost care has been taken so that the non responsive errors are reduced to the minimum and the results drawn may be fruitful to the organization. And the organization may come to know about their weaknesses and their strengths. The organization will be able to take corrective actions so as to maintain their customersā€™ satisfaction level and further rise it up.
