Other Learning Resources IV. PROCEDURES A. Reviewing previous lesson or presenting the new lesson The teachers will present the lesson to the student. (Today we will be identifying different kinds of shapes) DepEd Order No. 42. s.2016 B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson What are the shapes you can see in this classroom? C. Presenting examples / instances of the new lesson Let the pupils identify its shapes by showing the real object. D. Discussing new concepts and practicing new skills #1 -The teacher will introduce the lesson. E. Discussing new concepts and practicing new skills #2 -The teacher will discuss further about the lesson. F. Developing mastery (leads to formative assessment) -The teacher will ask the learners to look around inside the classroom and give an example of shapes that what they look inside. G. Finding practical application of concepts and skills in daily living -Application of the shapes to our surroundings. H. Making generalization and abstraction about the lesson -What are the basic shapes? I. Evaluating learning -\The teacher would let the pupils explain the different shapes. J.
