Ideal school Ideal school is a retreat from the society's constraints, from a hostile environment which imposes limits without giving us a good place to perform. It should be situated in the quiet surroundings of natural beauty. The pupils should be able to find peace and quietness and derive inspiration from their surroundings. They should be free from financial worries so that they can concentrate whole - heartedly upon their studies. The establishment of such an educational system means a real transformation in mentalities of both camps: teachers and pupils, but also in restructuring the teaching concept. The beauty of knowledge, of deciphering secrets which enlarge our horizon are based on deep involvement. This means a relationship between teachers and students which doesn't know what superficiality is. A first step that would lead to an ideal school is the teacher’s motivation which is in the sphere of interest of a new generation not in that centred on the financial situation. The person who transmits the informational values converts into exemplary model that we unconsciously adopt. The relationship between the two plans is strengthening through mutual knowing, understanding and the desire for active participation in building a better society. School becomes ideal to the extent that nothing is by chance or insignificant, idle or unnecessary. The full schedule, disciplines that require a long time and submitting a maximum effort are some of the obstacles that do not allow us to declare school an empire. For instance participation in as many activities for personal development not only regarding the educational plan brings the students closer to the teacher hiding behind a mask meant to keep some objectivity. Bringing all these aspects together we can create a new world which doesn't stress us with boring homework tending to infinity and extensive and full of monotonous studies. The ideal school has to improve on our intelligence, not to convert us in marionettes.
