The accused has a good case on merits and will be put to great loss and hardship if this Hon’ble Court does not grant them bail. And the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka was pleased to grant Anticipatory bail. 3. The accused undertakes to appear before this Hon’ble Court in future dates of hearing. 4. The accused also undertakes to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Hon’ble Court and also ready to offer surety to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.
