II? in turn would borrow enough money fr m the Chemical hank of New York to cover both the paying off of the present indebtedness on the aircraft, ove $600,000, and also mpgrading this aircraft in order to qualify it for Pederal Aviation Regulation FAR! 121 laintenance Program. This mp-grading had an estimated cost of $350,000. E Upon completion of the np-grading, the plane allegedly would he valued on the open market at approximately $950,000. Iith IIP purchasing this plane, the contractual agreement would -continue in that PRESLEY would then lease the plane hack for 84 months at a monthly rental of 816,755 and he is tars wodld sub-lease the plane for 817,755 per mnth for I4 months to Air ¢argo Express ACE!. This way PIEBLEY would profit hy 81,000 a month and, at the end of the seven year period, he had the - right to hny hack the plane for 81.00.
