Human-Centered Design has essentially enhanced social aspects in a business environment. Economically, it is user-friendly as some work-related interactions and consultations help build knowledge and skills (Kircher et al., 2 2017). Notably, adopting the Human-Centered Design is economically friendly to employers since it enhances responsibility and accountability. The suppliers can easily manipulate their operations and design it to suit their desires since the Design creates flexible management and operational system. The customers in the Human-Centered Design are relatively corporative and happier, which plays a critical role in customer retention. Human-centered Design is vital in finding solutions to companies' businesses and operations (Burnell et al., 2020). Some of the benefits range from the better decision making and implementation of business policies as decided and structured by the management.  Technological Advancements Markedly, using technology in carrying out business has become the latest trending form of both local and global business. Technology has crucially become important in carrying out promotions, sales, purchase, and delivery of commodities. It plays a crucial role in business logistics (Kotarba, 2018). Most companies have adopted e-commerce as a platform upon which they carry their business activities. Technology has saved the customers the necessary time of going up to the warehouses or delayed inquiry responses. The adoption of technology in the business has enhanced the opportunities and several business advantages (Howell et al., 2018). There is a rise in new product dissemination, services, and customer inquiries through technology. It has expanded the business environment's understanding by enhancing the business's research from entrepreneurial practices to marketing, promotional activities, and competition.
