Your boss comes to you with a deceptively simple question: “Alexander Graham Bell has developed a way to transmit voice over a wire. What does this mean?” -The creation of the telephone by Alexander Graham Bell in 1876 was a game changer and a breakthrough in communication. It has widely impacted the whole passage of transmitting a message that allows to communicate easier than writing a letter. Given the fact today’s situation telephones were only use in working areas because all have phones to call and if it wasn’t for Graham’s invention that made someone inspired to create another, we are far more late to advance technology. Although cellphones, radio stations, and sending letters were already a thing before, it wouldn’t start the era of telephones as soon and other innovations. Companies like call center, positions like customer services paved the way to answer peoples questions and concerns, this has given the chance for the company to find expectations of people.
