( I will donate money to feed hungry children) TERM 7 Internalization DEFINITION 7 Influence based on convincing an audience to accept an argument as part of their belief system TERM 8 Identification DEFINITION 8 Influence based on creating a personal and positive relationship with audience members TERM 9 Authoriative argument DEFINITION 9 depends entirely on the authority of a source. Some sources are automatically trusted. In matters of health, the surgeon genereal is a good example. Using a claim that was said by someone with authority is a good supporting information in an argument TERM 10 Motivational Argument DEFINITION 10 Speaker uses a highly emotional appeal or urges audience members to accpet a claim because doing so will satify a person desire or need.
