Part 1: Focus on Change After completing the Teacher Belief Inventory #2 (JB, p. 236- 237) and theDiversity Self-Assessment #2 (JB, p. 238-239), describe any new understandings and/or different perceptions that you have about teaching and learning as a result of your experiences in EDU 107. Part 2: Focus on Self Reflection After completing the TEPD Professional Dispositions #2 (JB, p. 240-243) and reviewing the Aptitude Survey (SY, p. 272), describe at least two of the aptitudes/dispositions that you possess that would be assets in becoming an effective teacher or other professional. Also describe two areas that you believe need to be developed. Part 3: Focus on Your Future Share your current career decision and your plans to achieve your goals, including how you will enhance your strengths and develop areas of needed improvement. (If your decision is to not continue in education, identify the same for the career that you are now considering.)
