Bendaña Sr. Memorial Elementary School, and Wawa Elementary School during the school year 2019-2020. The study aimed to analyze the Teleserye: Starla. Since the Teleserye shows a strong impact to the audience and a very realistic scenarios in its scene. Thus, making it as a suitable subject to be analyzed and provide justification with. Moreover, in analyzing the Teleserye, semantic is applied, that relating language or logic. This study will be conducted by the researchers using this approach Qualitative Research and Purposive Sampling. Specifically, the Discourse Analysis. This study also aimed to determine the perception of the viewers parents and students of the teleserye to interpret their understanding on the content of the story, theme, values, and language.
