All public schools in the United States shall teach computer skills. 2. It shall be illegal to manufacture any electronic device anywhere other than in the State of California. 3. Parents of any student in any public school, whose children are denied access to classes in computer skills training on the basis of race, gender, age or sexual orientation shall have a cause of action for money damages against the school principal, the officials of the Education District and the State in which the school is located. 4. In distributing money grants to the states for disaster preparedness, states receiving such grants must: a. Enact legislation and regulations requiring that at least 50% of all state employees who would be involved in providing disaster relief shall be women. b. Agree that in the event of a federally declared disaster in the state, all local police officials shall be under the sole control of the Director of Homeland Security for the duration of the disaster. 5. The President of the United States is authorized to seize and operate any financial institution in accordance with what he deems to be the national interest. Discuss all constitutional issues raised by these facts. State how these issues should be resolved and why.
