Sub Point –“Love comes from God, so let’s love another” 1 John 4:7-8 Sub Point – We did not Love God, but he loved us enough to send his son the rescues us 2nd Point -Jesus is the light of the world, we have a choice to walk in darkness or walk in his light and be saved. “When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life. ‘John 8:12 Subpoint – Before and apart from Jesus we live in darkness when we find Jesus we are in the light. Subpoint – Walk in the Light“While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” -John 9:5 Conclusion Jesus was the ultimate proof of God's redeeming love for us, in that God sent Jesus to the earth as a sacrifice that we might be saved by believing in him. God’s love is so unmeasurable in that we were guilty of the consequence of sin and desired death, but Jesus was sent to die in our place, "Greater love has no mand then this to die for a friend" John 15:13, and God’s love is wonderful that there is nothing we could ever do to pay for his love. Jesus describes himself as the light John 9:5, Light uncovers people, places and things, darkness hides covers and conceals those same things, choose which path you will walk in, will you choose the path before you that is dark, shaded, and evil or will you walk the towards the light of Jesus Christ.
