We identified three (3) high-level principles that were vastly satisfied by the designers and developers of the website which are: 1. Strive for Consistency - Strive for Consistency is fulfilled as the STI website consistently presents well-organized design elements, user-friendly interactions, excellent navigation menus and buttons, effective layering, and overall simplicity, resulting in an excellent user experience that encourages repeated use. 2. Prevent Errors/ Reversal of Action - The designers and developers of the STI website have effectively satisfied the high-level principle of "Prevent Errors/Reversal of Action" by ensuring that labels, buttons, and menu options are clearly labeled and descriptive, maintaining a clear and consistent user interface, highlighting changes, and providing clear error messages to help users understand, minimize errors, and correct mistakes.
