HCA-615 Employee Code of Conduct Policies Essay Grand Canyon University: HCA-615 The team consists of several people in various positions. Everyone has their ability. In health care organizations and others, every work is divided into sections and every section has its leaders. The heads of each department manage their department every day, thus they would know what should be used in the organization if we want to be successful. Therefore, I would decide to consult with the department heads, that could provide valuable suggestions for the development of the code of conduct, to collect advantageous feedback and apply it to the revised policy. For instance, the legal and human resources team since they would give a consultant about the consistency of the policy with labor law. Besides, before starting and engaging in any activity, I would look for an inspection with the head of the HR department first to determine whether a conflict of interest exists among the employees. As mentioned above, I would consult with some group of employees. Due to the importance of feedback would help to improve an overlooked mistake, they could share the problems they are facing or an unsolved issue but not all employees in order to decrease and avoid prejudice in a survey. Hence, to reach the best outcome, I would thoroughly determine their opinions and recommendations for everyone whether current employees, internship employees, or stakeholders in the organization. The appropriate employee code of conduct would motivate and inspire them to perform ethically while the unethical code of conduct would decline their morale and productivity.
