The essence of the goals is to develop a definitive path that the process may take during the implementation process. Furthermore, the goals offer the most appropriate time the client may use it during the termination phase. A suitable treatment plan has to integrate an active involvement of all parties present in the session to determine the defined objective. At the participation stage, most people often fail to integrate the required activities of the phase. The stage always involves conversations between a counselor and the client focusing on the intended outcome of the process. Furthermore, the stage is ideal because it provides great discussion points regarding the responsibilities of a counselor, in addition to ways the rehabilitation is supposed to take place(Ivey, 2018). An active participation by the client is recommended because it creates a significant ground for understanding the client’s circumstances using a question and answer process. The client support system is another ignored stage when implementing the action plan. Effective action plans require lasting support procedures and involve a counselor and a client against the rest of the world. Client support may include family members or friends. An additional supportive factor integrate planning, creativity, and engaging in physical activities. A 5 b) Money c) Meeting locations d) Time Outlining an Aftercare Plan The aftercare plan comprises of identifying a suitable location for holding the meetings between a client and the counselor. Involvement of clients and support groups facilitates the ability of achieving the desired outcomes of the counseling action plan. Money is an important resource for the acquisition of various materials required through the treatment process. The meeting durations have to be defined to avoid delaying the action plan. 6 References Dimmitt, C., Carey, J. C., & Hatch, T.
