Research 9 Report writing 10 Report Presenta 11 Manager ial decision YesNO Docsity.com 65 LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY The present study has been carried out with the following limitations: 1. “Detail prescription” of the processes followed by the organization was not possible in the given time period. 2. “Complete information” was not availed due to confidentiality of information kept by the organization. 3. “Proper information” was not available because of low educational level of workers. 4. “Scheduled working hours” of the workers did not allow us to have much interaction with them. 5. There was a”hesitation among the respondents” while providing complete and fair information because they took us to be the part of management of the organization. 6. Some “biasness” might have crept in the responses or some information could have been concealed because of the strategic nature of information. These limitations were faced as they were an integral part of the research. However, they did not affect the quality of analysis and presentation of the findings.
