Tommy Pham PE 1061 Section #8 3/24/2022 March 22 (Tuesday) Heart Rate: Distance: 0 miles Time: 0 minutes March 24 (Thursday) Heart Rate: 100 Distance: HIIT Running Time: 28 minutes Goal Section: This Week of running started off on a bad day. The Tuesday we were supposed to be running was canceled due to a tornado warning, so no running happened on that day. The Thursday class, we did a HIIT training type run. We essentially jogged around the lake once and then had to do 6 sets of running up a “hill” and going around the playground. The thing I am most proud of is that even after a week off of running, I jumped right back into running a good sprint. I made it almost to the complete opposite side of the starting place. Progress is Progress whether it’d be slow.
