I did not think that I would be leadership material. The most surprising one was that I was a charismatic. I have never thought of myself as charismatic until I took the self-assessment.  Which topics can you integrate into your current position? o I do not currently have a current position, but I would incorporate all of them. They are very useful and handy tricks up the sleeve to have so to speak.  Which topics will you use in your future careers? o Again, in future careers I would try to find a way to implement them all. There is not one specific direction I would go. I like to be well rounded and educated on all topics so that I know what I am getting in to and have time to study and learn the objective.  Which areas of leadership skills/ and or knowledge are your strengths? Identify at least five and explain with specific examples. o Good Communication- Communication is key when being a good leader, being able to express yourself and needs to others is always important. o Teamwork- I am pretty good with teamwork, I love collaborating with others on projects and goals.  Which areas of leadership do you want to to/need to work on the most to improve your leadership skills and/ or knowledge? Identify at least five and explain with specific examples.
