NOTE: Follow the steps of the scientific method. MAKE OBSERVATIONS - Gaining weight every week. ASK A QUESTION - | ate a lot of sweets after eating a proper meal. FORM A HYPOTHESIS - Provide a fruits instead after eating a proper meal to lessen eating sweets. TEST THE HYPOTHESIS - In one week | will provide citrus and watery. DRAW CONCLUSION - Check my kilo if it reduces in the given 1 week time. COMMUNICATE RESULTS - If my weight reduces within the week therefore | conclude that eating fruits instead than eating sweets is effective. If not, | will not recommend eating fruits than sweets after a meal.
