Excess non­productive time. Since communication is essential, some meetings are    necessary. Question: Is a move out of management                 equivalent to a demotion? Answer: What does the employee think? Management of highly motivated and    extremely talented employees is very easy:    just stay out of their way. Excellent employees do not necessarily    make good managers. Peter Principle: "All employees rise to the level of their incompetence."
