An introduction to transnational corporations (tncs), their global operations, impacts, and controversies. Tncs are companies that operate on a global scale, linking economies through production and sale of goods. They generate employment and economic growth but also raise concerns over poor working conditions, environmental degradation, and human rights violations. The responsibilities of tncs, governments, and consumers, and explores strategies for managing and regulating tncs through international policies, ngos, and cross-border alliances.
