MGMT315Business WritingAffiliation Business WritingWriting is an essential part of business communication. Effective writing allows employees to share ideas, communicate directions and facts. As a result, a good business writer communicates simplistically and modifies structure and style of communication to audience needs. My writing style has changed immensely throughout my learning career, which has improved my capacity to communicate professionally, but there is still room for improvement.I can still improve on my word and sentence structure complexities. According to the Management communication (MGMT315, 2021) readings, the belief that complex words, phrases, and business jargons are suitable for formal communication undermines ones ability to simplify writing. As a logophile, a deep love for words means that I use big vocabulary, subconsciously ignoring the knowledgeability of my audience.
