They didn’t get the 25% increase of salaries especially those teachers or school officials not engaged in actual classroom instruction, any work performed in excess of eight hours a day shall be paid an additional compensation of at least twenty-five per cent of their regular remuneration. The congress must review the law in terms of the teaching hours, allowances, medical treatment and compensation packages that a teacher can get.
