ACQUAINTANCE PARTY NARRATIVE REPORT Acquaintance party is one of the most frequent and awaited events in high school. Now is the moment to establish connections amongst students, faculty, and staff at the school. The aim of this party is to allow the students to have a chance to acquaint themselves with other students. This enables the students to perform better due to their increased comfort level with both working and interacting with others especially for first -year students. Cantilan National High School had its acquaintance party last October 3-4, 2022 with the theme: “ISTITIK 2022: Get to know me the aesthetic way”, held at Cantilan Gymnasium. The students and faculty showcased their most extravagant and magnificent attractive attire. The main highlights of the program were the introduction of all the Supreme Student Government officers, which was assisted by the SSG Adviser, Mr. Bryan S. Silvoza as well as the induction of club officers that was facilitated by the school Principal, Dr. Levi Mar H. Pazo and the induction of Class Officers was facilitated by the Assistant School Principal, Mr. Edgardo G. Diaz. The Cantilan National High School (CNHS) SSG Officers and Dr. Levi Mar H. Pazo decided to divide the students into two according to their school schedule but the program’s the same. Grade 10, 11 and 12 students on October 3, 2022 (Monday) since Monday serves as their Home- based learning and October 4, 2022 (Tuesday) for grade 7,8 and 9 students since they have Monday classes. This set up aims to not miss any classes and for the students to catch up with their lessons. At 1:00 in the afternoon, the program started with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem accompanied by a prayer, followed by the singing of the Cantilan National High School Hymn by a Multimedia Presentation. Followed by the Opening Salvo by the CNHS Manajaway giving their outstanding dance performance. Ms. Ghieraldine D. Endradan, the Supreme Student Government President, then gave a welcome message welcoming and motivating everyone about why they've gathered together that leave everyone energized about what's to come. The program then continued with the Presentation of SSG Officers for the School Year 2022-2023 by the former SSG Adviser Mr. Bryan R. Silvoza. Followed by the presentation of students with their class advisers by the Red Cross Youth Club President, Mr. Kenneth R. Simbolas showing their breathtaking and gorgeous attire.After the presentation it was followed by the Induction of club officers by Dr. Levi Mar H. Pazo, the School Principal to be followed by the Induction of class officers by Mr. Edgardo G. Diaz, the Assistant School Principal. On the spot search for “Istitik King and Queen 2022” was followed and conduct a “ISTITIKTOK Contest) followed by the Awarding. Furthermore a variety of intermission numbers were perpetrated by the students and after the awarding ceremony, the SSG Vice president, Ms. Rish A.
