It will enable students to understand and execute proper basic exercises, help promote proper posture and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It introduces students to an avenue to develop one’s physical fitness, self-discipline, improved reflexes, better mood and total body workout. Understand the basic terms, theories and concepts of exercise science in relation to the improvement of movement patterns 2. Understand the importance of proper movement schemes to improve posture 3. Engage into an active lifestyle through different exercise programs and build a healthy encouraging community with fellow students using exercise as platform 7. You might miss out on important points during the session, so give your full, undivided attention. 9. Do ask questions.
