POWER- Ability to do strength performances quickly. REACTION TIME-Amount of time it takes to get moving once you see the need to move. Classification of Folkdance Cordillera Dance- Dance reflects rituals which celebrate their daily life. A good harvest, health peace, war and other symbol of living. Mostly this dance done in Bontoc, Ifugao, Benguet Apayao and Kalinga Tribes. Spanish Influenced Dance- Dances reflects Christianity and European Art, Moreover Philippine aristocrats created Filipino adaptations of European dances.
