The application is to investigate the fibrosis stage in liver to offer individualize health care. Observing different feature extraction and classification techniques to access the accuracy of ultrasonography in diagnosing compensated liver cirrhosis in daily clinical practice outside the context of clinical trials will be presented in this study. We intend to completely automate our environment which will provide us benefits like minimum paper work, improved response timings. and fast information dissemination. In the first step we would automate the transport management system, which will include complete record df official vehicles as well as the accessories, matntenance and mileage record. Moreover, we also propose an integrated static vehicle tracking and online transport request system, DSD's Accounts department is already computerized, but it can be improved further by making it available online and allowing restricted access to the said system to the scientists and engineers of DSD Similarly the Library and Store department are also partially automated and have the scope of further improvement by making these available online with the addition of a separate module for online books and items request and reports. Furthermore, as DSD consists of several groups and group members who work together on same or similar projects, so a module for Project management is also proposed where the respective Group Heads of different groups can keep track of their group activities and provide guidance to their group members. Moreover, provision of support of documentation of ongoing activities is also proposed. (One key component of this module will be a centralized repository (Storage System) where code and data can be shared between the team members. Several functions of the administration office can also be computerized [ike an online leave applic system which will cut out the physical movements and enable the group heads to have a bird’s eye ign view of the leave situation in DSD, keep track of individuals’ leave record and make approval decisions. Project Goal: To computerize and integrate all departments and functions across DSD onto a single computer system Project Objectives: ] 2, 3. 4. 5. 6 To switch from paper-based environment to more paper-less environment To reduce costs in locating records and easier and up-to date retrieval of information. To facilitate functions of all sub-departments of DSD. To facilitate Group Heads with decision making based on on-line reports. To coordinate the activities of all department of DSD. To have an ideal flow of work without any bottleneck. Project Issues: 1. Going paperless means vulnerability to unauthorized third party access or worse, data !css. Thus. we will seek a seamless security solution that will remove such doubts and fears . It will be clearly defined that who can see specific documents based on user groups or individual users and solution will limit availability of document and management tools by requiring authorization. i : i | PAGE Az asso we Pabradan Institute of bragimvcminag ond!
