Hope and Optimism: Definition and nature of optimism Conceptualization and development of optimism Characteristics and childhood antecedents, Definition and nature of hope Measurement and development of hope Relationship between optimism and hope 4. Happiness: Definition and nature of happiness Types of happiness Strategies to improve happiness and what are main obstacles we use in daily life 5. Love Definition and nature of love Types of love How does love differ for lovers, family and friends
