It would have come to your attention that two nonlocal teachers have been residing here to meet their duty timings. In the previous month, when my colleague (a non-local teacher) went on maternity leave, I also took medical leaves due to health and security concerns at school that is in a far-flung area from my hometown and is not accessible on daily basis. I humbly request to permit me to reside in a room at middle school building having an attached bath and kitchen, which is relatively safer than other rooms. Our staff members already avail a room in the high school building for office purposes so I request you directing them to spare this relatively secure room at middle school building for residing purpose temporarily and not disturb the non-local staff member unnecessarily. Additionally, I kindly request directing the school watchman for night duty vigilantly at the school gate. I understand the responsibility that comes with this request and assure you that I will abide by all school rules and regulations. Thanks
