NJ Supreme Court Order on Mandatory Arbitration for Civil-Law Division Cases (1985-2000), Study notes of Civil Law

An order from the new jersey supreme court terminating various prior orders that permitted the referral of certain categories of civil-law division cases to non-binding arbitration in specific counties. The order takes effect on september 5, 2000, and only applies to civil-law division cases where notice of an arbitration hearing has not been sent by that date. The order does not affect the provisions authorizing the referral of special civil part cases to arbitration in the identified counties.
