REFLECTION Communication plays a significant task in our lives and is essential as we work and live. With a massive array of news and information, we will learn from the largest employment environments. Communication is necessary for the company's progress and employer's productivity and morale. It can lessen problems or any circumstances and promote better performance and a strong team with these communication topics for work purposes and academic purposes. I was able to look for the deep meaning and understand each lesson and apply them to a real-world scenario.     With the chapter 4 lessons, I communicated ideas effectively using different communication forms in the work field. Master the main principles in the chosen area to efficiently and ethically interact with others. And emphasizes the importance of communication in different work areas. In writing patients' notes, it is essential to remember the "SOAP" format: subjective, objective, assessment, and plan. Following this format will give an easy task to the nurses or the other medical practitioner. With these notes, a medical practitioner can quickly look at or determine the patient's progress.   On the other hand, writing the lead is considered is the most critical. The lead is the most crucial part of writing an article because it reflects the whole article. Reading the module's steps in writing news recalls my proper way or manner in writing it. Nice lead makes the entire article good too. In writing in a business and technical report, I explained the classification's, parts, and types of information. And these classifications of essays have a distinct function that gives me more idea of why it has different types of reports. Each part of the statement is essential because it provides the audience with a positive impression when reporting. Also, in this lesson, I was able to contrast between the formal and informal reports.         When an individual applies to a company or institution resume is the most thing document. It is your ticket in qualifications of chosen job or works. These qualification sheets prepare the way for a dream job. Writing a resume and the way you write it is as much for you as what you write. It is essential to generate a well written and organized description. To write a good resume, you need to have a specific and advanced resume. Study the various kinds of terms people should use in their resumes to improve their applications' momentum. Study keywords to ensure sure your resume is noticed by search engines and easily ranked. Attached to the resume is the application letter. The application letter is the summary of the resume. Minutes of the meeting, way back when I was in junior and senior high school, I always do this. As a secretary, you need to write down all the things discussed, the motions proposed, or the activities that are being undertaken.    We lived in an era that everything is involved in technology. With the advancement of technology, our works have become comfortable. That includes academic purposes. Many people create a website that would help individuals find and look for their problems. From searching, surfing, and reading, we can easily access the internet anywhere and anytime. But aside from that, with so many articles, answers, research papers, and essays published. Millions of people are copying their answers. That's why millions of people are being accused of plagiarism. Plagiarism represents another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions as one's original work.    Moreover, it is okay to read an article or essay on the internet. We can know how to answer or do it in our assignments or tasks because of reading it. For academic purposes, summarizing, quoting, and paraphrasing is an excellent way to avoid plagiarism. Naming is the exact wording of the source document (either written or spoken). Quotes correspond to word for word from source. Paraphrasing, on the other hand, the ideas are rearranged in another order. It is a detailed restoration of a written or sometimes spoken source material in your own words. The paraphrase should be almost identical to the original passage and changes in the organization, wording, and structure of the sentence. Summarizing is like paraphrasing. The summary involves using your own words and the style of writing to express the ideas of another author. The summary presents only the most essential concepts of the passage, in contrast to the paraphrase that delivers the necessary details. Also, acknowledging the author or cite the sources is another way to avoid plagiarism.
