MY REFLECTION PAPER My personal reflection on the video provided is that the first scene of the video, with the use of soft music as the background, is relaxing and helps me focus on what I'm watching. I realize that when you follow your parents' will or wishes on what path they want for you, you will still feel like something is missing because you are not happy with what you have now. Sometimes you need to find a way to do the things you want to do. I will never forget the story he told regarding a man who aspired to climb the mountain to see what was on top of the mountain. But he was not able to climb it because he did not know which way to go and he would be discouraged every time a traveler asked him if the road was difficult. I realize that each of us needs to find a way to climb and succeed in our dreams. No matter how tired you are, it is worth it because when you are at the top of your dream, all tiredness will disappear and you will feel comfortable. I realize that in order to succeed in my dreams, I need to protect myself from the possible hindrances that make me lose my track. As in the speaker's story, when you are in the journal and encounter possible hindrances and are affected by them, you are already loose in the tract. I learn that being a traveler in life is not easy because when you are not ready, you may not achieve what you aspire to. You may meet many travelers who will also give you a tip or two on how they achieved their dreams and how they succeeded. But it still doesn't mean that your journey will be easy because your own destiny still depends on you. According to the speaker, you need to find a way that suits you.
