Journal Assignment - Negotiation Reflection Dip Vijaykumar Joshi C0826080 Lambton College in Toronto ADR 1003_2: Alternative Dispute Resolution Roger Batchelor 24th Feb 2022 1 | P a g e While taking the course "Alternative Dispute Resolution," we learned some critical aspects that we observe either at work or in our personal lives. We understand how to deal with conflict appropriately and how to negotiate effectively for a win-win outcome. In the following report, I summarize many of the lessons I learned from our role-play sessions. But I like the way they started negotiation and discussed it openly, and they tried to explore opportunities in which they help each other with good deals, but they did not reach a conclusion. In this role-play, I learned that we should negotiate, discuss open- minded and explore opportunities as much as possible so that we can reach an agreement. In addition, from other role-play, I noticed that active listening and body language are also
