Nature is our everything but what if our own nature is already seeking for help? Are we just going to stand by and watch or will make an action to help. We are capable of doing so even if it is a small, simple thing. With small steps we are could lessen the pollution destroying it. Even with a small gestures we are capable of saving our own home. In Barangay, Santo Cristo in Bulacan, there's a body of water called "Ilog Tialo". Some of the people that have been living near the river stated that it was used to be clean but as time passed by and as they experienced modernization, more and 2 more waste products are being accumulated which then affects the health of the river. Before there's a lot of fish living in there but at the present time few of it exists. The water is murky and dark greenish colored, filled with garbage wastes. Sewers that has been connected to the river are dumping unclean water which is visible in the picture above. As concerned residents we should encourage ourselves and other people to take action that will eventually cure the river. It is time for us to do something for the reason that our future generations can live in a healthy and clean environment. (02) 921-5781 ; 921-1115 Rehabilitation Plan Pre operation phase The rehabilitation program will first establish three separate teams: The management and planning team, the field workers and the patrol team. The management and planning team is composed of the rehabilitation supervisor, a project engineer and architect, the budget planner, landscaper and management staff. The field workers on the other hand is composed of researchers, cleaning operation staff, and construction workers. Lastly, the patrol team is composed of the safety officers and the monitoring team. 3 Before conducting the rehabilitation program there will be a seminar for the residents residing along the Tialo River to raise awareness about the said program and for information transparency purposes.
