And maybe - I don't know, maybe we'll learn to play this game like men.” He teaches the players that human equality begins with respecting the values and rights of every human being. Finally, Coach Boone had a lasting impact on his football team. He not only taught the game, he taught them that respect is the starting point to every success. Boone says, “people say that it can't work, black, white, here we make it work everyday. We still have our disagreements, of course, but before we reach for hate, always, always, we remember the Titans.” Therefore, the football season began with many racial challenges, but Coach Boone changed the lives of many people and it all started with respect.
