Importance of Entrepreneurial Skills of Online Sellers of Maasin, lloilo to their Income in Online Business During the COVID-19 Pandemic Background of the Study: In this current situation, COVID-19 Pandemic strike within the world. Different sectors of the economy were affected, including the Business Industry. The income growth of businesses slowed down, entrepreneurs trying their best to saved their business from bankruptcy. People finding ways to at least earn money while in a middle of the crisis. Online Business may have been known before this Health crisis, yet it started to become a trend during the Pandemic times. Even people who doesn’t have any knowledge about business management tried their luck to open an online business, yet, their cash inflow is unstable unlike those online sellers who have the skills and knowledge about advertising and managing their business. This pandemic situation led to introduce a system that helps people become self-employed and gives dignity to their lives. Entrepreneurial skills lead to developing vast social networks and high competition in the market in effective ways. Entrepreneurial skills are techniques that online sellers can use in unstable environments during this pandemic that lead towards productive results. Entrepreneurs who are motivated to perform skillful work, willing to take a risk, and use innovative techniques can be a better compete in the market and earn higher income whereas for those online sellers who don’t have these knowledge or skills will definitely have lower income. ( Shahzad, 2021 ) It shows that people with knowledge and skills in handling a business can earn more income. A person who it interested in opening an online business can have some time to study and learn the business cycle. It is better to have enough knowledge before starting, because it might influence the management and growth of the business. This study aims to determine the importance of Entrepreneurial skills of an online seller for its impact to the income growth of their Online business.
