The purpose of the meeting today is to discuss about our sales that have been decreasing in the past three months and how to improve our product. MARKETING:It is not hidden from your knowledge that there are many new trends emerging today. We have to keep up with the trends that the majority like. ADMINISTRATION:I think we need to expand our market plan more widely so that we can attract more customers to increase our sales PRODUCTION: To inform all of you that our supplier’s deal on the material has increased and our product is increase too this past few weeks. And also i had a meeting with them last time for agreement and badly they refused our offer to decrease the amount of a material we need and i had solutions for that I looked for our new supplier and I found a cheaper one and the quality of material is good and durable and i offer them for partnership and they agreed to be our new supplier and they promise to us they will take care of the things we need. PRESIDENT (CEO):Can you be sure that the materials provided by our new supplier will give us with a good quality materials? PRODUCTION: As I said earlier, we had a meeting between the two of us and I saw the material we were looking for and I am sure that they will be a virtuous supplier for us. FINANCE: The cost of everything in the plan is included in our budget so the budget can handle our expenses and conduct annual reviews for our existing clients to ensure product solutions continue to meet their financial goals. In order for us to recover our venture cost of decreasing sales in the past three months we need to think of a powerful and effective marketing plan to increase our sales and profit ADMINISTRATION:Before the month is done, we need to find a solution to our problems with the decreasing sales over the past several months in order to make up for the losses.
