Family's Influence on College Students: Impact on Politics, Eating, and Homesickness, Study notes of Psychology

As students in Psychology 201 Research Methods, we invite you to participate in a research survey regarding family influences on students and how this may effect political views and eating habits. Your answers will be completely anonymous. Names will be unknown and will not be connected with your data. We do ask that you try to answer as many questions as you can with honesty. Please remember confidentiality is guaranteed. You can withdraw at any time. The research will be supervised by course instructor Pamela Jackson (pjackson@radford.edu) and the Graduate Teaching Assistant Erin Carroll (ekcarroll@radford.edu). If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact either Dr Jackson or Ms. Carroll. This study consists of an online survey, which you may now participate in. You will receive credit immediately upon completion of the survey. You must complete all sections in one sitting, as you are not allowed to resume at another time from where you left off. While you are participating, your responses will be stored in a temporary holding area as you move through the sections, but they will not be permanently saved until you complete all sections and you are given a chance to review your responses. Thank you for your participation! Listed below are questions about eating and exercise habits. Please provide a response for every question. If you are given the option to decline to answer a question, then declining to answer is considered a response. 1.
