The first step when writing a concept paper is to identify the problem and include the analysis, critique and summary and the last step is proofreading and editing and it should be 5-7 pages. The primary audience for a concept paper are the funding agencies and include the clear statement of expected outcomes and objectives. To express political beliefs and proposals are the role of manifesto and we used emotional and persuasive language and structured by the strength of the arguments. A manifesto is more ideological while policy paper is more practical. The conclusion of an inductive arguments is determined by the number of examples or evidence presented and the conclusion is probably true but may not be true. Manifesto’s conclusion are call to action, reiteration of the manifesto’s main goal and the summary of the main arguments.
