These violations are very serious and must be addressed immediately. As a business, it is imperative to safeguard our company from this type of behavior from happening again. While the project is a success and corrections have been made to make sure that it is up to our standards, it is up to all of us to make sure to look out for our company’s reputation. The violations that were committed during the last project were unauthorized copyrighted code was copied into our software and two unauthorized pictures were used into the employee instruction booklet. This type of behavior is unacceptable
